Job summary

Tapi Carpets & Floors is seeking a highly organised Warehouse Associate to keep the warehouse running smoothly and ensure fitting partners are loaded and ready to bring customers' visions to life.

You will oversee deliveries, maintain strict stock control, and work with store teams and fitters to coordinate schedules. A strong focus on accuracy and safety is essential in this role within our growing flooring retailer family.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with store teams, fitters and customers.

Responsibilities

• Organise and maintain the efficient running of the Warehouse.
• Oversee deliveries, ensuring high quality control and accurate stock records.
• Monitor goods in and goods out with strict stock control procedures.
• Record stock and assets accurately and securely and minimise stock loss.
• Plan and liaise with multiple fitting partners and prepare orders for collection and installation.
• Operate forklift safely (training provided) and handle stock with care.
• Ensure health, safety and security requirements are followed.
