Role Purpose:

This role involves controlling and coordinating the company’s service warehousing and inventory management activities. Responsibilities include supervising supply, storage, and accessibility of items to ensure adequate stock levels without oversupply. It also involves integrating logistics aspects such as information flow, transportation, material handling, and packing from origin to consumption to meet customer requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate and support the purchasing team’s needs.

First Year Success Indicators:

• Processing inbound and outbound goods efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate stock records.
• Picking and allocating components to sales orders.
• Organizing transportation logistics.
• Keeping warehouses organized, clean, and tidy.
• Managing waste collections and related paperwork, including fuel sample processing.
• Creating purchase orders for spares as needed.
• Resolving warehouse and stores queries promptly.
• Performing additional tasks within your capabilities as required.

Interactions:

Customers, Regional Operations teams, Management, CRM, Technical Support, Facilities, Finance, Product Operations, and Suppliers.

Performance Expectations:

• Providing feedback on operational and financial performance to your supervisor.
• Reporting problems and client complaints to your line manager.
• Undertaking additional tasks as assigned within your scope.
