Job summary

Farmfoods Ltd is seeking a Hygiene Operative to join our Warrington distribution centre team. You will help maintain high hygiene standards and support a safe, clean warehouse environment.

This permanent full‑time role offers 5 from 7 shifts, including at least one weekend day, with hourly pay of £13.69 for day shifts and £14.85 for afternoons, lates and nights (£10.90 under 21). Benefits include 30 days leave pro‑rata, free canteen, staff discount, PPE and pension.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day cleaning of the warehouse including emptying bins and operating the waste compactor.
• Collecting recyclable materials.
• Operating the bailer.
• Quickly dealing with issues such as spill and trip hazards.
• Collecting and recording of damages to assist in the reduction of waste.
• Yard maintenance.
• A Counterbalance licence would be desirable but is not essential.
