Role: Warehouse General Manager - 3PL Contract Logistics (Multi-User)

Salary & Benefits: £75,000 - £85,000 + Car / Allowance & Package

Company: Loom Talent Limited, an established European 3PL Contract Logistics provider focusing on delivering high-quality warehousing solutions across the UK, serving clients in Retail, E-Commerce, Fashion, and FMCG sectors.

The Role: Leading all activities at a key UK distribution center in Milton Keynes, a 250,000+ sq. ft. multi-user site, within a rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Sector Business Unit Director.
• Providing strategic leadership for warehousing, distribution, continuous improvement, and projects.
• Managing and developing a high-performing team of up to 200+ employees.
• Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Developing and managing a site budget over £20m, achieving financial and service goals.
• Evolving KPI standards and site standardization.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Optimizing operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Driving innovation through automation, robotics, and new technologies.
• Managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and third-party service providers.

The Candidate:

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain - Essential
• At least 5+ years in senior management roles like GM or Operations Director - Essential
• Proven experience in 3PL Multi-User environments - Essential
• Budget responsibility for operations over £15m - Essential
• Knowledge of semi-automation and robotics (AMRs, AGVs) - Advantageous
• Strong leadership skills and team development experience - Essential
• Understanding of the UK logistics market - Essential
