We are seeking a team of organized Order Fulfillment staff to work in our order processing operations.

You should possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of supply chain procedures, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In short, the role of the Order Fulfillment personis to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time to maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Process, fulfill, and track customer orders using order management software
  • Coordinate with warehousing and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Update and maintain accurate records of orders
  • Address customer queries related to order delivery
  • Work closely with the sales team to handle orders and provide customer service
  • Comply with company policies and regulations
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed Their duties and responsibilities include:
  • Picking, packing, and shipping orders according to specific requirements
  • Ensuring all orders are correctly fulfilled and dispatched to the correct address
  • Collaborating with the sales and customer service departments to resolve any issues or complaints
  • Managing returns and exchanges, ensuring they are handled efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the storage and dispatch areas
