Warehouse Operative & Forklift Driver

Location: Medway

Working hours: Monday - Friday (6am - 4pm)

Salary: c. GBP30k

Are you certified in counterbalance and reach truck operation?

Do you have experience handling a mixed role that includes forklift duties and general warehouse tasks?

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative with forklift licenses (in-house licenses accepted) to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established, market-leading organization in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
2. Order picking using IT systems
3. Loading and unloading lorries
4. Preparing products for production
5. Moving pallets around the warehouse
6. Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse environment
7. Performing any other duties as required

Candidate requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative
2. Valid counterbalance and reach truck licenses (in-house licenses accepted)
3. Experience with computerized stock control systems
4. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking
5. Organized and capable of meeting KPI targets
6. Physically fit to work long hours and stand for extended periods
