Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver in Fakenham, working for a well-established third-party logistics and warehousing company based near West Raynham. The role combines forklift duties with stock handling, order preparation, and general warehouse tasks in a busy distribution environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30, with £13.50 per hour paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance or Flexi forklift licence.
• Previous warehouse experience desirable.
• Own transport desirable due to rural location.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance or Flexi forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Move stock and replenishment.
• Carry out general warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver - Fakenham

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver on behalf of our client, a well-established third-party logistics and warehousing company based in West Raynham, near Fakenham.

Pay Rate

£13.50 per hour

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30

Duties Will Include:

• Operating Counterbalance or Flexi forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Stock movement and replenishment
• Carrying out general warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable
