Job Title: Warehouse FLT Operative (nights)

Location: Wisbech

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Full-time permanent

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday (18:00 - 04:00)
• Sunday to Thursday (20:00 - 06:00)

Please note: Opportunities available in both Wimblington and Wisbech.

Requirement: Permission to work in the UK.

Main Purpose of the Role:

• Ensure all business and customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, meeting OTIF targets.
• Support and comply with health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with support functions and perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Counterbalance and/or Pivot forklift license or experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-sufficient, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good time management and organization skills.
• Own transportation is required.
• Excellent written and numeracy skills.

Desirable Skills / Experience:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience with RDT scanning equipment.
• Flexibility to work overtime.

General Duties:

• Loading and unloading vehicles using MHE equipment.
• Stock put away and replenishment.
• Pallet and case picking, preparing pallets for dispatch.
• Loading trailers safely and correctly.
• Reworking pallets as needed.
• Supporting other departments as volume requires.
• Performing other reasonable tasks.

Communication:

• Effective verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
• Confident and approachable demeanor.
• Participate in team briefings.

Health & Safety:

• Adhere to site H&S standards.
• Attend safety training.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Follow manual handling procedures.
• Support safety culture.
