• Salary: Banded according to shift pattern
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Shift Patterns: Nights & 4O4O days
• Requirement: Permission to work in the UK

Main Purpose of the Role

• Support warehouse operations to meet business and customer requirements
• Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, meeting OTIF targets
• Comply with health & safety standards
• Collaborate with other support functions and perform additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Counterbalance and/or Pivot truck license (experience desirable)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-sufficient with good initiative and time management
• Own transportation required
• Excellent written and numeracy skills

Desirable Skills/Experience

• At least 1 year in a warehouse environment
• Experience with RDT scanning equipment
• Flexibility to work overtime

General Duties

• Loading/unloading vehicles with MHE
• Stock put away & replenishment
• Pallet and case picking
• Preparing pallets for dispatch
• Loading trailers safely and accurately
• Assist with stock taking and pallet rework
• Support other departments as needed

Communication & Safety

• Effective communication skills
• Attend team briefings
• Maintain safety standards and participate in training
• Keep the work environment clean and safe
• Manual handling in accordance with procedures
