A leading UK retail organization seeks a Warehouse First Line Manager to oversee operational procedures in the warehouse while managing a team. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, maintaining productivity, and supporting team development. Candidates should have experience in warehouse management and a good understanding of safety legislation. This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Coulsdon with a salary range of £36,400 to £57,600 per annum.

As a Warehouse First Line Manager, you'll oversee the operational procedures of the warehouse and a team of Partners working in it to ensure the smooth running of our supply chain operation. You'll support the personal development of your team, creating a culture of inclusion and growth for everyone.
Due to its nature, you need to be 18-years or older to work in this role.
Working Pattern - 37.5 hours per week: Earliest start time from 12:00 (midday) and latest finish time 23:00, including weekend working.
Contract - This position is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, known internally as a Secondment.
Location - Coulsdon CFC
Salary - £36,400 - £57,600 per annum, depending on skills and experience
