Job Title: Warehouse Team Manager

What you’ll do on a typical day:

1. Manage a team of warehouse colleagues, oversee performance, set KPIs, and promote continuous improvement.
2. Ensure effective communication with colleagues and management daily.
3. Focus on colleague development through a consistent appraisal process.
4. Take responsibility for Health and Safety, leading by example to ensure compliance.
