We are working with a fast-growing company based in Tunbridge Wells that manufactures niche products. Due to expansion, they seek an experienced Warehouse & Facilities Operative for a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities include:

• Picking & packing products
• Handling goods in (unloading, checking, storing, administration)
• Daily forklift operation
• Matching loaded/unloaded goods with paperwork
• Storing and rotating stock
• Reporting damaged or missing goods
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Minor repairs and scheduling services (fire alarm testing, maintenance)

Ideal candidate qualities:

• Good interpersonal and team skills
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Strong time management skills
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and communicative
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and safely
• Counterbalance Forklift experience

Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm, with benefits.
