We are hiring for a Warehouse/Driver position on a permanent basis near Tunbridge Wells. The role offers a salary of £33,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts from 03:30am to 11:30am or 04:30am to 12:30pm. Saturday work is also required for driving tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Relief driving to cover holidays and sickness, mainly in Central London
• Picking and packing orders
• Maintaining cleanliness of the factory
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Adhering to safety rules and regulations
• Performing ad-hoc duties around the factory

Candidate requirements:

• Valid and clean driving license
• Experience in a factory or warehouse environment
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
• Experience with fresh produce (preferred)
• Friendly, sociable personality
• Motivated with a positive attitude
