Warehouse Driver Position

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Driver to join their team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Assisting with the daily operations of the warehouse
  2. Receiving goods into the warehouse and processing related paperwork for deliveries
  3. Picking materials using a handheld device
  4. Delivering stock items to operatives and collecting return items
  5. Updating the handheld device with delivery confirmations
  6. Maintaining records of journeys for audit purposes, ensuring compliance with driving hours, regulations, and HSE guidelines
  7. Assisting with stock takes within the warehouse and operatives' vans
  8. Sorting returned waste items into correct disposal areas
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience working in a warehouse and using stock management systems
  • Ability to plan delivery routes efficiently
  • Experience with workplace technology
  • Clean driving license with at least one year's driving experience post-test
