We operate a global supply chain, supporting deliveries to 56 ports across 6 continents and supplying up to 100 cruise ships from four international warehouses. Our UK warehouse is a key operational hub at the heart of this network.

About the role:
The Warehouse & Distribution Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day running of our UK warehouse, covering Goods In, Stock Control, Picking, Despatch, and Transport Booking (for outbound shipments only). This role ensures that all distribution processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the Global Distribution & Customs Compliance Manager, this position focuses on physical operations, ensuring accurate stock handling, timely despatch, and streamlined transport coordination. The role also plays a key part in supporting peak periods and delivering on key performance targets across distribution operations.
The role is based at our Avonmouth warehouse.
