Arla Foods A.m.b.a is hiring for a Warehouse Despatch Operator at our Westbury site. You will operate forklift trucks in a fully-automated Powder factory environment, with safety and efficiency at the core of daily duties.

The role follows a Continental shift pattern with 12-hour shifts, including some weekends. Full training will be provided, and opportunities exist for internal promotion within a global dairy leader.

Warehouse Despatch Operator (£35.6k pa starting salary), Arla Westbury

Would you like to join a stable and reputable dairy business in Westbury, Wiltshire? We have some vacancies in our Powder factory, the largest spray-drying plant in the UK. The site is also the home of Anchor butter. You will be working in a fully-automated facility where your safety is the number one priority. Who are you?

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be operating fork lift trucks of various types to move palletised goods. You will be responsible for safety, quality and efficiency in the 3 warehouses & despatch yard. You will receive full training to carry out the tasks.

• You must be able to follow ourContinental Shift pattern. You will work 12 hours shifts, rotating betweendaysandnightsincluding some weekends (2 weekends per month).


• You must be able to work on your own initiative, have strong team working skills and a flexible attitude to work


• We need people who can demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy and have a sound technical understanding
