Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and streamline logistics operations to boost overall efficiency and service effectiveness.
  2. Design and implement comprehensive logistics solutions across transportation, warehousing, and inventory management functions.
  3. Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and cross-functional teams to optimise end-to-end supply chain performance.
  4. Utilise data analysis and modelling techniques to inform decision-making and uncover areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and manage performance metrics and dashboards to track logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Assess and recommend logistics technologies and tools that align with operational objectives.
  7. Produce clear, insightful reports and presentations on logistics performance and strategic initiatives for senior management.
  8. Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience leading logistics engineering within construction projects.
  2. Experience with warehouse creation projects (automated and non-automated solutions).
  3. Experience with analysis and modelling.
  4. Usage of logistics platforms such as WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
  5. Stakeholder management experience.
  6. Supply chain experience and understanding.
  7. Project management experience.
