Job summary

Meridian Business Support Ltd is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Operative for a short-term assignment on Working Estate. You will handle orders from estate shops, hotel and butchers, pick and prepare stock, and ensure timely deliveries across the estate.

The role requires reliability, punctuality and good organisation. A full UK driving licence is essential, and while warehouse or delivery experience helps, it is not required. Working hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders for estate shops, hotel and butchers.
• Pick and prepare stock from the warehouse.

• Load delivery vans with the correct orders and deliver across the estate.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organised.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Delivery Operative to join a busy working estate on a short-term basis. The role involves receiving orders from the estate's shops, hotel and butchers, picking and preparing stock in the warehouse, and ensuring goods are delivered to the correct locations across the estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing orders from the estate's shops, hotel and butchers.
• Picking and preparing the required stock from the warehouse.
• Organising and stacking orders onto pallets, ensuring goods are secure and ready for dispatch.
• Moving pallets and stock safely around the warehouse.
• Loading delivery vans with the correct orders.
• Delivering goods to various locations across the estate.
• Ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

About You

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Working Hours
