Manpower are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to support a busy flooring warehouse in Strood, Kent. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and thrives as part of a hardworking team.
About the role:
You'll be working alongside experienced pickers as a "picker's mate", assisting with preparing and moving stock, often involving heavy lifting (typically 2-person lifts). It's a hands-on, active role where teamwork and reliability are key.
Key duties include:

• Assisting with picking and packing orders
• Supporting with loading and unloading deliveries
• Manual handling of large and heavy flooring products
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
