The Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Warehouse Specialist to administer and operate the organization's ALM/SITAD warehouse, including processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets. Responsibilities include accounting for all assets, auditing goods received, overseeing receipt, storage, moves, shipment of assets, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client assets are protected according to specifications, including proper stacking and secure wrapping of sensitive information.
  • Highlight damaged boxes.
  • Adhere to inbound and outbound verification processes.
  • Check jobs regularly and prioritize requests based on cut-off times.
  • Ensure timely processing and proper documentation of assets.
  • Maintain inventory location integrity.
  • Process all assets accurately and store within specified timescales.
  • Perform manual handling as required.
  • Work efficiently to meet site-specific activity targets.
  • Follow site requirements for internal relocations.
  • Assist with client queries.
  • Comply with Global Standards and Quality Management systems, including ISO9001.
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other standards.
  • Mentor new staff through training and coaching.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, promoting security of property and systems.

About you:

  • Previous experience in warehouse or records management preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift/move boxes and operate pallet jacks.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with records management practices is a plus.
