Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the Gosport site to support the UK Chinook Program. The role ensures efficient receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of materials while maintaining accuracy and safety.

You will coordinate stock movements, support inventory integrity, and collaborate with procurement, planning, quality, and transport teams to meet urgent requirements and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, stores, or inventory control role.
• Strong record-keeping accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of stock handling, storage, and dispatch processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, parts, and equipment.
• Ensure accurate storage, labeling, and location control of stock items.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch materials in line with work orders and customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory records using warehouse management or SAP systems.
• Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, quality, and logistics teams to resolve shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site security procedures.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or non-conforming stock.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency.
