Job Title: Junior Warehouse Administrator

Location: Harlow

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (1-hour lunch break)

About the Role

Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for logistics? We’re looking for a Junior Warehouse Administrator to join our clients growing team and to play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll take the lead on internal tasks to keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with our Warehouse Administrator to:

  • Organise customer orders and prepare pallets
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries with transport providers
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective shipment arrangements
  • Manage order processing and provide responsive support
  • Source proof of delivery documents and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Experience using software tools such as Comarch and Microsoft Office
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A cooperative, committed, and independent working style
  • Resides within a 30-minute commute of Harlow
