About The Role

As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. You will ensure that stock levels meet sales budgets and that the operational functions of the Warehouse run smoothly.

Main Duties Include

1. Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments.
2. Pick and load van/carrier accurately for timely customer delivery.
3. Check stock quantities against computer records.
4. Develop effective solutions to challenges using personal judgment and initiative.
5. Assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and work with drivers to ensure excellent delivery service.
6. Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can reach their potential.

Working Hours

Average hours are Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.

About You

You should have a proven track record of managing a warehouse, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as FMCG.

What You'll Need To Succeed
