Overview

Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a well-established logistics organisation with the recruitment of a Warehouse Contract Manager. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing a major customer contract and ensuring high standards of operational performance, compliance, and service delivery.

Job Description

As Warehouse Contract Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of warehouse operations linked to a customer contract. You will play a crucial role in delivering contractual obligations efficiently and effectively, while maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all contractual agreements within warehouse operations.
  • Ensure contract terms and conditions are fully understood and adhered to.
  • Monitor performance, compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency, control costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, transactions, and reporting data.
  • Lead on quality control, safety compliance, and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to maintain continuous improvement.
  • Act as the key point of contact for the customer regarding warehouse operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team, coaching and developing staff to achieve their potential.
About You
  • Proven management experience within logistics or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in WMS and other warehouse/operational systems.
  • A confident leader with experience of managing and developing teams.
