About the Role

Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns to provide flexible working options. Late and weekend shifts are required, and flexibility is appreciated. Our warehouses stock a wide range of products, and our teams ensure these products reach stores efficiently, playing a vital role in our supply chain. The role involves replenishing stock, picking items for delivery, and operating equipment safely, with full training provided. This position also offers an opportunity to complete a Level 2 warehouse operative apprenticeship over 12 months, supported by our training provider, Babcock. Candidates must pass functional Maths and English tests unless exempt.

You are friendly, eager to learn, precise, and efficient. You care about delivering goods on time and in full, ensuring stores are well-stocked for customers. You must be committed to the 12-month apprenticeship and willing to work flexible shifts.
