About the Role

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with that brings a wide variety of shift patterns – if you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, then look no further! We work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend working is a requirement of the role, and flexibility is needed.

Our stores are packed with thousands of products, from clothes and household items to tinned foods, frozen goods, and chilled produce. Our warehouse teams pick and organize the right products to ensure they reach the shelves on time. It's a vital part of our supply chain, making for fast-moving, busy, and varied work.

As well as completing a Level 2 warehouse operative apprenticeship, you'll be responsible for:

• Replenishing stock of all shapes and sizes in the warehouse
• Picking stock by store or product type and preparing deliveries for stores
• Using all equipment safely and effectively (training provided)

If you're interested in pursuing a career in logistics through a Level 2 apprenticeship while working, this role offers support from our apprenticeship provider Babcock and your line manager during your 12-month journey. You must pass functional Maths and English tests unless exempt.
