About the Role

Our operation runs 24/7, offering various shift patterns to accommodate flexible working. Late and weekend shifts are required, and flexibility is appreciated. Our warehouse teams handle a wide range of products, ensuring they reach our stores on time. Responsibilities include replenishing stock, picking orders, and operating equipment (training provided). This role offers a Level 2 warehouse operative apprenticeship, supported throughout by Babcock and your line manager. You must pass functional Maths and English tests unless exempt.

About You

You are friendly, eager to learn, and committed to high standards. You care about timely delivery of goods and are willing to undertake the 12-month apprenticeship.
