Job description

Your Role

This role is 4 days on, 4 days off. The Cold Chain Operative is responsible for ensuring all QuickSTAT & Sterling Aviation consignments are processed upon receipt and dispatch from the Quick LHR Facility, following the company's documented procedures.

Your Responsibilities
  • Preparation and replenishment of QuickSTAT’s dry ice consignments according to client requirements.
  • Conducting daily facility sweeps of Quick LHR to ensure consignments are stored correctly and dispatch is scheduled accordingly.
  • Operating material handling equipment (MHE) for loading and unloading inbound and outbound vehicles.
  • Collaborating with the Global Inventory Group to determine available stock for transfer to Quick & Logistics Service Partner facilities.
  • Arranging stock transfers via third-party linehaul solutions.
  • Managing the departmental mailbox.
  • Working with related departments and line managers to resolve discrepancies and queries.
  • Performing cleaning duties to maintain high hygiene standards.
  • Maintaining a professional manner towards colleagues, visitors, and third parties.
  • Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Department Manager or Senior Management, including assisting other departments during staff shortages.
