Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a motivated Cleaning and Waste Operative to join our warehouse cleaning team. You will perform cleaning duties across warehouse areas, including washrooms and canteens, use appropriate equipment and chemicals, and help keep equipment in safe working order.

No prior experience required; full training is provided. You must be flexible, work as part of a team, and may need to complete a Basic Disclosure Check and possibly a drug and alcohol screening.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and tidying of all warehouse areas, including washrooms and canteens.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment, materials and products.
• Keep equipment clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
• React quickly to client call-outs and comply with Health & Safety policies.
• Manage waste disposal.
