Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is hiring a Cleaning and Waste Operative to join our warehouse cleaning team. You will perform general cleaning of all warehouse areas, including washrooms and canteens, using appropriate equipment and products, and ensure equipment is clean and safe.

No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided. You will participate in Health & Safety compliance and may undergo a Basic Disclosure Check and drug/alcohol screening if required.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and tidying of all warehouse areas including washrooms and canteens
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment, materials, and products
• Ensure equipment is clean, well maintained and safe
• React quickly to client call-outs and comply with Health & Safety policies
• Manage waste disposal
