Job summary

CDI - Russell Taylor is seeking a Warehouse Cleaner in Runcorn to join a busy warehouse operation. You will maintain high cleanliness and organisation standards, supporting day-to-day site operations and ensuring safe, presentable working areas.

The role involves floor cleaning, aisle maintenance, bin management, and facilities cleaning, with full training provided and weekly pay. The position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
• Experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environment would be advantageous.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning warehouse floors using appropriate cleaning equipment.
• Sweeping, mopping and maintaining warehouse aisles and walkways.
• Emptying bins and managing waste disposal areas.
• Cleaning staff facilities, including canteens, toilets and welfare areas.
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Ensuring cleaning materials and equipment are stored safely.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, spillages or health and safety concerns.
• Supporting the warehouse team with general housekeeping duties as required.
