Job summary

Cencora is looking for a reliable Warehouse Cleaner to join our Belfast Service Centre. You will maintain high cleanliness standards in the warehouse, follow schedules, and support a safe, efficient working environment for colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, required.
• Less than 2 years in facilities maintenance or related field, preferred.
• Certification in maintenance, technical operations or equipment handling, or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning in the warehouse according to the cleaning schedule.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests across the site.
• Maintain cleaning stations, keeping equipment and water supplies ready for use.
• Empty compactors according to guidelines and site procedures.
• Clean the compactor area at end of each shift.
• Ensure cardboard cages are emptied and returned to correct locations.
• Report missed cleaning activities, equipment faults or issues to the Duty Manager.
• Follow health and safety procedures and carry out reasonable duties as directed.

Job Title: Warehouse Cleaner - Day Shift

Location: Belfast Service Centre

Work Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday 07:00-15:30 (40 hours per week)

Summary Of Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaner to join our Facilities team at our Belfast Service Centre. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the warehouse environment, ensuring all cleaning activities are completed in line with agreed schedules, operating procedures, and health and safety requirements. The successful candidate will help support a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for all colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Complete warehouse cleaning activities in accordance with the agreed cleaning schedule.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from across the site.
• Maintain cleaning stations, ensuring mops, equipment, and water supplies are available and fit for use.
• Empty compactors in line with manufacturer guidelines and site procedures.
• Clean the compactor area at the end of each shift.
• Ensure cardboard cages are emptied and returned to the correct warehouse locations.
• Report any missed cleaning activities, equipment faults, or operational issues to the Duty Manager.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and complete any reasonable duties requested by management.
