Job summary

Edwards is seeking a Warehouse Cell Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure safe, accurate receipt, storage and picking of materials in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting AutoStore operations, and managing relationships with 3PLs to meet on-time delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Experience working with 3PL providers is advantageous.
• AutoStore or automated warehouse experience is desirable.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Passionate about safety, continuous improvement, and delivering results.

Your role

We are looking for an expereinced and motivated Warehouse Cell Leader to oversee the day-to-day operation of our warehouse and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, picking of Materials.
