Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse B2B Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to ensure the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing orders, maintaining efficient stock management, and supporting sales operations. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor email inboxes and process incoming orders efficiently and accurately.
  2. Allocate stock and pack orders for dispatch in a timely manner.
  3. Manage and rotate stock to maintain accuracy and organization.
  4. Liaise with couriers and freight companies to coordinate shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
  5. Provide operational support to the Sales Manager as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  2. Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with inventory management systems.
  3. Highly organized with a proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  5. Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
