Job description

Reeb Millwork, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Warehouse Associate for Second Shift to join our VALUES based organization. Responsible, at various points, for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, transporting and otherwise handling products that come into and move out of the warehouse.

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for Second Shift to join our VALUES based organization. In this role, you will focus on:

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Safely operate forklifts or other machinery (chainsaw) to complete tasks including loading, unloading, moving, staging, pulling orders, and transporting materials.
  • Band, wrap, and tape products as needed.
  • Maintain the condition of the warehouse work area, ensuring it is free of trash, organized, and floors are swept.
  • Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to complete workload efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, and completing work timely.
  • Assist with inventory management, order accuracy, and track and trace issues.
  • Read and understand tickets and product codes.
  • Learn to use a chainsaw and Holtec Industrial Saw.
  • Read a tape measure accurately.
  • Pull daily orders with precision.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • PIT experience is preferred.

Starting pay: $18.00/HR - $22.00/HR, based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior lumber experience preferred, especially engineered lumber.
  • Forklift experience and certification are preferred but not required.
  • Basic math and analytical skills required.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and able to take initiative.
