Warehouse Associate
The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling systems. This includes checking outbound trailers prior to loading, monitoring LGV activity, following SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, prepping loads for shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Essential Functions
- Receive all inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, etc.
- Rebuild damaged pallets and process RMAs.
- Consolidate finished goods storage for maximum capacity.
- Identify, report, and observe quality issues.
- Validate new SKUs in WMS.
- Correct LGV alarms and monitor loads.
- Unload finished goods and raw materials with a forklift.
- Maintain pallet storage areas and stage pallets.
- Correct product spills and manually pull pallets as needed.
- Supply production with non-inventory items.
- Operate forklifts when required.
- Coordinate preload activities and inspect trailers.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain records.
- Participate in process improvements and maintain a safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure regular attendance and communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar, experience managing people/projects.
Preferred Qualifications: 2 years in similar roles, managing people/projects.

- Minimum: High School Diploma
