Job summary

Failte Solar is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Reading team. Based on-site at Reading RG2, you will receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods in a fast-paced environment as part of a growing renewable energy company. Immediate start is available and training will be provided.

Candidates should be reliable, with attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team. Prior warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, and basic computer skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
• Basic computer skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check goods against delivery notes.
• Store products safely in designated locations.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch.
• Prepare and label shipments for delivery.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse.
• Follow health and safety procedures.

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods against delivery notes.
• Safely store products in designated locations.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch.
• Prepare and label shipments for delivery.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
