Job summary

Failte Solar in Reading is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. You will receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods, maintaining accuracy and safety at Unit 1 Acre Road, Reading, RG2 0SU.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items.
• Valid Driver's License and forklift/manual handling certificates are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods against delivery notes.
• Safely store products in designated locations.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch.
• Prepare and label shipments for delivery.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
