Mind Games is Canada’s premier retailer for puzzles, games, collectibles, and fun! We bring imagination and play to life, and we’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing operations team in Markham.

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help keep our inventory organized and ensure our stores and customers receive the right products—on time and in perfect condition. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments to stores and customers
  • Ensure accurate labeling, scanning, and documentation of products
  • Organize stock in warehouse shelves and bins
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counts
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the warehouse
  • Assist with unloading containers and restocking
  • Support other team members and departments as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or stockroom experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working on your feet and with repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset
