Qualifications

Role Objectives:

The WEP Clinical Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of pharmaceutical and ancillary products. This role will support key operational functions including warehousing, facility and equipment maintenance, and compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP). The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in upholding WEP Clinical’s commitment to quality by ensuring all processes meet the highest industry standards.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist with the intake, shipping, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, following corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support inventory management processes, including physical counts and data entry within our inventory system, Unleashed
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for product receipts, customer orders, shipments, and controlled substances in line with DEA and internal recordkeeping requirements
  • Provide backup support for courier bookings and other logistics tasks
  • Help with general warehouse maintenance, including equipment upkeep, pest control, and contingency planning
  • Offer administrative support to the Quality, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations teams
  • Monitor and manage warehouse supplies, shipping components, and related materials
  • Ensure all work is performed in alignment with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and our internal Quality Management System (QMS)
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (science or supply chain concentration)
  • Previous experience with logistics, supply chain, and refrigeration (preferred)
  • Inventory Management software experience (preferred)
  • Physically able to lift up to 50lbs, package boxes, build pallets, and operate a pallet jack
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and Excel
