How we’ll support you? From the start, you’ll be supported in your development through our Service and Know How Programme, a 12-month Apprenticeship that provides the tools to succeed. Through 1:1 coaching and mentoring, you’ll have a strong support network that guides you through the apprenticeship and your daily development. Over the year, you’ll build the foundations for your future career and gain a nationally recognized qualification. What you’ll be doing? You’ll gain exposure to various areas within your branch, discovering where your strengths and interests lie.
