As part of the warehouse team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring materials are managed in accordance with strict quality, safety, and compliance standards, supporting efficient and timely operations across the wider production and compounding teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming raw materials, ensuring correct booking and storage based on temperature, light exposure, and product specifications
  • Use electronic systems (e.g. Merlin, Mercury, MFG-PRO, JDE) to process inventory
  • Carry out regular cycle counts, expiry checks, and participate in blind stock audits
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse at all times
  • Support replenishment using Kanban systems and enforce stock rotation protocols
  • Adhere strictly to GMP/GDP and internal compliance procedures
  • Report deviations and quality issues promptly to QA and process leads
  • Complete training for handling hazardous materials and product spillages
  • Maintain up-to-date internal training records

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have full eligibility to work in the UK or Ireland on a full-time basis
  • Basic education in English (RQF Level 2 / EQF Level 3 / SCQF Level 5 or equivalent)

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with JDE and/or Compounding Electronic Management Systems

Key Attributes:

  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Flexible, reliable, and proactive in approach
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised with solid time management

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. You’ll gain valuable experience supporting the delivery of critical healthcare products.
