Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Location: Greenford, London

Role Overview

The mission of this role is to support the business in achieving its monthly and yearly targets by providing a 5-star service through goods in, goods out, and IT configuration processes in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

1. Check incoming goods match supplier’s delivery paperwork and book onto the main computer system using a handheld terminal.
2. Log discrepancies with incoming deliveries as per company procedures and place items in quarantine if necessary.
3. Pick and pack orders for shipping according to company standards and instructions.
4. Carry out basic customer-specific computer builds following client instructions.
5. Perform general labor within the warehouse.

Candidate Requirements & Skills

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably with parcels or large parcels.
• Experience using warehouse ERP systems and handheld scanners.
• Knowledge of logistics, goods receipt, shipping processes, and cycle counting.
• Ability to work closely within a small team to complete daily tasks.
• General labor experience within a warehouse.

Certificates and Licenses

Certified to operate a reach truck is preferred but not essential.
