Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is recruiting a Warehouse Assistant for a leading Oil & Gas services company based in Blackburn, Aberdeenshire. This is an initial one-month contract with potential for extension.

You will join a busy warehouse team, handling receiving, inspections, inventory management, and shipments, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Immediate start and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable using inventory, ERP or warehouse management systems.
• B1 Forklift Licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming materials and products
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating ERP/WMS systems
• Picking parts for assembly and preparing shipments for international freight
• Performing cycle counts and supporting inventory management activities
• Ensuring warehouse operations meet health, safety and quality standards
• Working closely with QA/QC, Operations and Finance teams
• Completing warehouse documentation accurately and efficiently
• Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts where required

£15.00 per hour

Minimum 1-Month Contract

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Assistant on behalf of a leading Oil & Gas service company based in Blackburn, Aberdeenshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual to join a busy warehouse team on an initial one-month contract, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming materials and products
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating ERP/WMS systems
• Picking parts for assembly and preparing shipments for international freight
