About The Role

We are looking for a natural communicator who loves delivering the very best service for your customers and in return is looking for a Company that values your contribution working in air-conditioned offices.

ACRS is Worcestershire’s leading air conditioning and refrigeration specialist, installing and servicing for clients across the county and beyond. We moved to purpose-built premises in Pershore 4 years ago, we are now looking to add to our ever-growing team.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll work alongside the Office Manager and Logistics and repairs quotation administrators in a supporting role and ultimately covering for holidays and sickness in full as required. Key duties of the role will be accepting Goods-In to the warehouse and logging goods into the flow of work, from accepting delivery, checking quantities, logging on CRM system and notifying staff using our communication system, which keeps all on-site and off-site staff fully up to date.

In This Busy Role Your Duties Will Include

  • Stock and Parts Management
  • Sales order processing
  • Supplier PO placement
  • Processing Job Sheets and Conversion to Invoice
  • Customer invoice management
  • Keeping Tracker software up to date
  • Logging refrigerants in and out

About You

We'll provide you with training to ensure that you’re confident, equipped and empowered to carry out the role confidently.

To succeed in the role, you will have the following:

  • Demonstrable administrative and customer service skills
  • Ability to understand products (Desirable)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills - including negotiating and influencing. You’ll have the ability to engage and build relationships with customers
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team - you'll be an effective team member with a highly supportive, collaborative approach
  • Results driven approach
  • Comfortable using your own judgment and initiative to make decisions in line with our company policies and line management instruction
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, you’ll enjoy a varied workday in a fast-paced operational environment where you’ll manage multiple tasks, deadlines and targets whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • A commitment to offering up ideas and improvement to existing processes would be advantageous
  • A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages and ideally in CRM systems and Sage. You’ll embrace learning new IT systems and enjoy making the most of technology in your job role.

Essential Skills

Desirable Skills

Experience in a similar role essential but training specific to the role within the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry will be provided.

Remuneration & Benefits

Rate of pay will range from £12,500k to 15,500k - depending on age and experience

28 Days Annual Leave (Includes Bank Holidays) pro-rata

Pension available after qualifying period also dependent on age.

Hours of Work

9.30am to 2.30pm - Monday to Friday - half hour lunch break
