What you’ll do:

• Manage the control and movement of goods from receipt to dispatch, including export processes, to ensure daily operational tasks are completed site-wide.
• Lead the team in achieving goals and KPIs.
• Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Health and Safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed and business goals are achieved.
• Oversee all activities from Goods Receipt to Dispatch, including Import & Export, to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all business policies and legal requirements.
• Create, maintain, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring audit compliance.
• Support Lean Continuous Improvement activities across the site.
• Ensure departmental performance indicators are met, reported, and managed timely.
• Attract, lead, coach, appraise, and develop employees to foster a strong, positive team culture aligned with company values.
• Evaluate team performance for performance management, promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, budget preparation, and continuous improvement areas.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience in Material Management or similar environment, with leadership experience in a Continuous Improvement culture.

Skills:

Proficiency in SAP, Warehouse processes, Export & Import knowledge, and People management skills.
