Job Title: Warehouse and Dispatch Operative


Location: Market Harborough, LE16 7PH


Salary: £12.21 per hour + Benefits (listed below)

Work Pattern: Monday to Thursday 10:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 10:00am - 4.00pm

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time

We are seeking a punctual and hardworking warehouse and despatch operative, who enjoys being part of a small team and working in a fast-paced environment to join our company here at Fairway Seals.

We are seeking a warehouse and despatch operative clerk to join a friendly business that is busy, varied and offers a great working environment. Candidates must be punctual, hardworking, enjoy being part of a small team and have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge of word and excel would be a benefit.

Duties will include but are not exclusive to:

Packaging of parcels

Entering and processing shipments with couriers

Picking stock in accordance with orders

Responsible for allocation in coming stock into locations

Maintenance of general warehouse

Manual handling of weights may be required together with the use of step ladders

General administrative/ business support duties

Full training will be provided for the above, with the view that the role will evolve as the business continues to grow.Looking for someone that has the below characteristics:

Good level of IT skills, competent with Excel and other basic computer systems

Excellent communication skills to communicate confidently and effectively

Good time keeping

Flexible and adaptable to change skills
