Role: Warehouse and Dispatch Manager
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: 45,000- 50,000 per annum

Our client is a leading company in the FMCG sector and is now looking for a talented Warehouse Manager and Dispatch Manager. The role is to manage all aspects of the warehouse including Goods In, Stocktaking, Inventory, Picking, Packing, Returns, and Dispatch.

They require a hands-on style to lead from the front, bringing energy and experience to deliver required improvements to people and process performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all direct reports to deliver customer daily orders in the most cost-effective manner.
2. Develop a Continuous Improvement culture to improve warehouse performance efficiencies.
3. Drive KPIs in your team for health and safety, quality, customer service, labour, and materials.
4. Ensure that all functional requirements and SLAs are fully completed and conformed to through direct reports.
5. Develop relationships and work in collaboration with other departments to ensure stock is available.
6. Ensure training within your team is completed to health and safety standards and company procedures.
7. Ensure that the WMS system is fully utilised and information is maintained in line with company procedures with up-to-date/accurate stock count.
8. Partake in the implementation of a new ERP system in the business.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Experience in a Warehouse Manager position in the FMCG sector.
2. A hands-on leader that will lead from the front on the factory floor.
3. Capable of delivering excellent Health & Safety standards.
4. Experience with WMS systems / ERP systems and utilising them effectively.
5. Strong communication and leadership skills to build a strong rapport with your team and deliver a high level of performance.
