The Role

As a Warehouse Admin Supervisor, you will oversee the administrative operations of our clients warehouse.

You will be responsible for managing key records such as goods-in and goods-out documentation, delivery notes, and stock logs, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory control system.

Your Role Will Also Involve

• Liaising with suppliers, hauliers, and internal departments
• Reporting on logistics performance and supporting audits
• Acting as the main administrative point of contact for all warehouse-related queries
• Ensuring all activities are compliant with health and safety protocols and operational procedures
  
  

About You

To be considered as a Warehouse Admin Supervisor, you will need:

• Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain admin role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence using warehouse software systems (e.g. WMS, ERP) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills for liaising across teams and departments
