Job Description:

Mediplacements are looking for an experienced permanent Ward Pharmacist to work at a hospital in the Isle of Wight.

The pay for this position is £45,000-£55,000 per annum.

Job Statement:

1. Act as a pharmacist providing a clinical pharmaceutical service involving specialist/complex/high risk secondary care patients.
2. Utilise pharmaceutical expertise, working in partnership with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to minimise medicines-related harm and facilitating medicines optimisation.
3. Contribute to the wider pharmacy service in both a clinical and day-to-day leadership role.
4. Be prepared to operate across a range of hours including evening and/or 7-day working, as agreed between post-holders and their line manager.
5. Operate in accordance with the Trust's values, mission, and written control documents.
